I just thought I'd put together a page of Cultural and Sports links (my inner 12 year old) that you may or may not know about. This is what the Internet was meant for. Not what it has turned out to be. But that is a rumination for another post. This is a beginning. I will add more as I find them. An attempt to get you to the most via the fewest links.
Note: What you find below are (with 1 or 2 possible exceptions) legitimate, non-copyright violation sites. Of course, sites like Youtube and Vimeo have an amazing amount of non-copyright, "bootleg" sites. I don't give those out to blog readers after one of my blogs was about 1/4 denuded within a week of its announcement it to a larger audience (and all I was doing was pointing). Well, that kind of stuff is just a "whack-a-mole" game, what I lost was all found again in a few months, and most of it had to do with an American sport (which is played with a foot and a ball) that is so poverty stricken that it can't allow its meager revenue stream (even in these times where revenue and profits have taken on a slightly different meaning than they had a short time ago) to be lessened by Youtube bootlegs.
Needless to say, if you are looking for something that I haven't pointed to, go to Youtube and search for it. Chances are that you might find it. Chances are also that it will be a copyright violation. Copyright violations are illegal.
Some day the world will realize that knowledge and information are more than commodities. Today is not that day, but perhaps a different consciousness about knowledge and information will be one of the few silver linings of the awful times we are now enduring.
One more note: Text that you will see via the below links (particularly the art museums and some of the music sites) will be in various languages. Most browsers, in their Settings, have a language section that allows you the option to have different languages translated into your language along with an option to Offer to Translate (Chrome, the setup should be similar in other browsers). As far as a mobile device goes, I use the Google Translate app. Not because it is necessarily better than other translators (machine translators are in a very crude stage of development). The trick is to translate Google (foreign language) into Google (insert your language here), and then into (insert your language here). Other translators may be better or worse. In any event, looking at annotated great works of art from the Prado (hundreds at least), on a mobile phone is, in my opinion... well, it's just my opinion.
Note also that many of the primers about the sports use metric system measurements. Here is a simple metric converter that you might want to set up in a separate tab. A time converter for Music performance times may also be useful.
Stay safe and enjoy.

Note: numbers listed are current as of April 4, 2020. Each company may have different rules about free performances. Some companies that I have looked at only provide the concert at the "live" time and provide no on demand service (which kind of defeats the whole purpose, doesn't it?). Some may require registration. Some may only be free in the sense that you get a free trial before a for fee subscription. Some may only be available to those with specific IP Country numbers. Etc., Etc. In some cases, the curator of the list is not clear about this. Read the rules of each that you are interested in--carefully. Hopefully, there will be so many links that you will find the ones that are actually free, with no strings attached.

Plumb the Depths of MLB Team Youtube sites for classic games (Added Each MLB team has a Youtube site. Many, but not all of them have provided full game videos for classic games. Here is how to find out. Go to Youtube and search "Chicago White Sox Youtube", "New York Yankees Youtube", etc. Make sure to enter the official team name. High in the retrieval, (but not always first) will be your team's Youtube with the team icon. Click on that and browse the "videos" or "playlist" section. Let the title and time of the video be your guide. From this point on, I will point to new full game videos as they become available. There is some duplication between this and the MLB vault, but there are a lot of videos that are not there. I hope you find great games for your team. I did for my two teams. Good luck. (added May 4)

Museum of Classic Chicago Television Full Game Broadcasts
Chicago White Sox (70-89) v California Angels (65-94), October 5,1980. I was hoping this would be Harry Caray's final White Sox broadcast. Close but no cigar. He left the White Sox after the 1981 season. But this is still a notable broadcast because
A) It is a full game broadcast done by Harry Caray and Jim Piersall, one of the most eccentric and entertaining broadcaster-analyst combinations in Major League Baseball history.
B) Minnie Minoso played in his last MLB game, thus joining Nick Altrock, a White Sox pitcher who beat the Cubs Mordecai Brown in the Game 1 of the 1906 World Series, as the only 2 players in MLB history to play in 5 decades.
C) The White Sox' 1980 home uniforms. They speak for themselves.
D) A full game in (mostly empty--8,795) Old Comiskey Park (1) (2). And you'll see two Hall of Famers, rookie Harold Baines and Caray.
Harry sings the last "Take me out to the ballgame" of the year.
Minnie Minoso's final at bat.

Additions:
May 15: June 21, 1980: Detroit Tigers v Chicago White Sox (complete game broadcast from pregame show to post game wrap up). Harry Caray and Jimmy Piersall on the call. Harry broacasts from the Center Field Bleachers. This game was played the day after Tiger outfielder, the late Al Cowens, who had his jaw broken by a fastball from the late Ed Farmer fastball the previous year, hit a ground ball to shortstop, and instead of running, charged the mound and attacked Farmer, whose back was turned, watching the play. Cowens did not accompany the team to Chicago for the rest of the year, as there was an arrest warrant for assault waiting for him. Cowens and Farmer talked it over later and Farmer dropped the charges. I attended the game, in which the incident ocurred in the 11th inning. I told the friend I was with to forget about following the ball should Cowens hit it. Watch Cowens, I said. On this occasion I was correct, and have been seen as a baseball sage by this dear friend ever since.

Vanuatu Exhibition Cricket Matches Vanuatu Cricket Facebook April 25, 2020 (the only "live" cricket matches in the world) (women's and men's) (Added April 25)
Cricket Australia Live Flashback Youtube has begun posting full match videos of One Day Internationals and T20 matches, along with single day's play from Test matches. The playlist contains the following thus far. (Added May 6).
Australia v New Zealand 1997 (ODI-50 overs per side--600 pitches, about the length of a baseball doubleheader)
Amazing Adelaide, Day 5, 2nd Test, 2006-07. England collapses in about an hour. The day takes about 520 pitches (a little less than a baseball doubleheader) The match took a little less than 440 overs (about 2,640 pitches, between 9 and 10 baseball games. It took 1,910 minutes, about 10 1/2 3 hour baseball games.
England lost its last 9 wickets in 43 overs on the 5th day (258 pitches, less than 1 baseball game), to lose a match they had once led by 551 runs. An astonishing feat.
Australia v India 2006-7 ODI tri-series match 7
Australia v South Africa 1st T20 (20 overs per side--240 pitches, about the length of 1 baseball game)
May 10: Cricket Australia Live Flashback:
2009: 3rd Test v South Africa. Full replay of the final day. The two best teams in the world at the time are playing this match for the World Championship (based on the rankings system at the time). Australia makes a "generous" declaration (close their innings with only 4 "outs" in order to give them time to get the 10 outs they need to win, but also leaving South Africa with a chance to win needing 376 runs. But you can also "save" a match by not making 10 outs, in which case it would be a draw. So many kinds of tension can go into this scenario. And this match, which featured over 2,460 deliveries (pitches), came down to the last 12. Would Australia win, South Africa win, or the two teams draw? Watch a full replay of the last day's play and find out.

Magic City (Florida) Quiniela (pari-mutual betting) Jai Alai
Beginning May 1:
Note: this is a specialized type of Jai alai played with a hard rubber ball an a half sized court. For some purists of Jai Alai, this is not seen as "real" Jai Alai. However, it is the only live Jai Alai taking place at this time: Magic City started their season May 1st. There are 6 performances (what a set of matches or races is always called in a pari-mutual sport) a week: Thursday and Friday 12:00pm and 4pm US Eastern Daylight Time, Saturday: 4pm, and Sunday 12:00pm (Time Zone Converter). Each performance consists of 9 games, each game contested between 8 players, numbered as in a horse race. 1v2. Season is set to run through the end of November at this time (added May 2). The season is set to play without fans in the arena.

American (Gridiron) Football
Ninh explains gridiron football
(NFL--Pro and NCAA--College): To my knowledge the NFL has never provided a single free full game video for any game in the entire history of the league. Know that bootleg videos are copyright violations. Ditto for NCAA college football
Note: The NFL Legal Department, in its infinite wisdom, has forced Dave Volski to remove his collection of compilations of NFL music and video. Actually, what he has created is original content in itself, but how would you react to a threat from the NFL Legal Department? Once again, the No Fun League has protected it's product (mostly over 30 years old product) at a time when that league is in such dire financial straits that it must go after creators of original product (Volski never made a dime in the 6 years he put up the channel and has gotten nearly 8,500 subscribers). And once again the NFL proves that it will give nothing, absolutely nothing, away for free. A great lesson about this sports league at this time.
Enjoy Volski's work while you can. He is taking everything down as of May 18.

NHK (Japanese National Public Television) Youtube "Bout of the Day" from the latest (Haru--Spring--March) basho (Tournament). There are 6 basho a year (in the odd numbered months), 21 matches a day for 15 days, 315 matches per Tournament. May 2020 Tournament has been canceled. The site seems to keep the bout of the day only until the next basho.
NHK complete highlights (on demand during and for about 2 weeks after the Tournament will always be at this address. For now, there is a 5 minute highlight package that contains 10 full matches from the March Tournament, including the Champion's last 3 matches--1 of which was the Final, a Tournament deciding match between the 2 best wrestlers in the world: Yokozuna Kakuryu and Grand Champion Hakuho, who won his 44th basho, 12 more than anyone else in the modern history of the sport, which goes back to 1909. The sport has been professionalized since 1640. There have been 72 Yokozuna (highest rank) since 1750.
Note that I have linked the two Rikishi (wrestlers) to their personal pages in the magnificent Sumo Reference, by far the best sports statistics site (goes back to 1750) that I have seen in any sport. The reason for that is that there is a hint on these pages as to how to find a good deal more video. From each of these 2 links, there are 3 ways to find videos. Because of the source, I cannot tell you how. You'll have to figure it out yourself. But when you do, you will unlock a key to much more.
Chris Sumo Youtube: Chris "Sumo" is a "Sumo writer, reporter, and commentator. He does not do match videos. He provides English commentary and has a vast knowledge of the sport. He sometimes editorializes, sometimes translates from Wrestlers' autobiographies or the fan magazines, explains controversies (of which there are many), scouts up and coming talent (the one part of the blog where he does provide match videos, videos he creates himself). It is an amazing blog, and one of the best ways for a "newbie" to get the inside story, as well as learn the sport as a sport and as part of Japanese culture. A must subscribe for anyone interested in the sport. (Added April 23).

Ninh explains roller derby
Rules of Banked Track Roller Derby (see Professional Wrestling above) (see Wikipedia History of Roller Derby article for more information)
Banked Track had professional "Teams" composed of women's and men's units. They alternated from 1 period to the next. The sport began in the 1930s and flourished in the 60s and 70s with the advent of TV promotions. It died a slow death after the 1970s.

There are two basic differences between Valencian and Basque Pelota.
1. There are no implements used in VC. All VC sports are played with the naked hand
2. All but one Valencian sports are direct sports, that is, the opponents face each other, indoors on a Trinquet court that is between 50 and 60 meters (55-65 yards) long, or on a street (or Triquet built to emulate a street) that can be up to 80 meters (87 yards long). All Valencian pilota sports are scored like tennis, 4 points to win, and the winning team must win by 2 (most sports are played with 2-5 players on a team). They are played to a specified number of games, rather than in sets (EiC is best 8 of 15, Raspall is best 5 out of 9, etc.).
Some sports are played with a net, others with a demarcation line between the teams. and others are territorial, with the offense trying to get as close to the defense’s end before trying to blast the pilota by them.
Two of the sports (Escala I Corda (Stairs and Rope) and Raspall (Scrape—watch and see why) are played professionally.
